What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Most in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks for large furniture pieces and 3 to 5 business days for smaller items.
Do you offer a trial period for your furniture?
Yes, we offer a 30-day in-home trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original packaging is required for all returns.
What kind of leather do you use for your sofas?
We primarily use sustainably sourced, full-grain and top-grain Italian leathers. Because these are natural materials, each piece will feature unique characteristics like slight color variations and natural markings.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
Every Poly & Bark product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Is assembly required for your products?
Assembly requirements vary by product. Many of our sofas only require attaching the legs, while dining tables or desks may require more involved setup. Detailed instructions and necessary tools are included in every box.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer Room of Choice and Full White-Glove Delivery (including assembly and packaging removal) for an additional fee at checkout for most metropolitan areas.
