Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to begin your return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging; items not in original packaging may be subject to restocking fees.

  Schedule Removal

  Our specialized furniture carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up the item directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable return shipping fees.
